Getting there

The apartment is available from 15:00 (3 pm)  on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 19:00 (7 pm) clock we ask for short telephone notification or information in advance by e-mail.

 

Departure

We ask you to vacate the apartment on the day of departure until 9:30.

 

Reservation / Booking

Bookings can be made email. For fixed bookings we politely expect a down payment in the amount of about 30% of the total price. Only through the receipt of your payment your booking will be fixed!

 

Cancellation

Are you already looking forward to your vacation? Wonderful!

However, something can always come in between and the holiday must be cancelled or cancelled at short notice.

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the following cancellation conditions apply: Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge, after which the following cancellation fees apply:

 

• 3-1 month before arrival: 40%

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%

• Within the last week, in case of no-show and early departure: 90% of the booking price.

 

We therefore recommend you to arrange a travel insurance!

Notice

The apartment is booked for the number of persons indicated by you, additional persons are only possible with telephone or written agreement before arrival and will be charged extra. Pets are allowed on request. Our house is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE!
